Nice, affordable and really convenient hotel. One of its strong points is where it's located: right in front of a tram stop (which in Hiroshima is the absolute main transportation method) and just 5' minutes away from the station via tram and 10' from the Memorial Peace Park. If you wanna visit Miyajima you take the tram in front of the Chisun and off you go, no lie it's really really convenient. There are plenty of coffee shops, shops/mall, konbinis near it and also close to the main nightlife area in case you want to enjoy a beer in an izakaya before going to bed. Only a 10' walk to the Okonomi-mura, really you could even walk anywhere from the Chisun but having the tram so close it's a relief if you're carrying luggage and/or planning a day trip to surrounding towns. Rooms are standard small Japan wise, in my case we were carrying 2 big suitcases and had no problem so it's not a big deal.

Great location in the very heart of town. Narrow front, but what a superb interior. Very helpful staff. I arrived early. The staff stored the luggage, mapped out the directions to the Peace Park. Saw my confusion still, so walked out with me and gave on-the-street directions. Loved the room. The creative use of space that allowed the faucet to swivel between sink and bathtub! Very well stocked breakfast buffet, with both traditional Japanese and Western dishes. Plenty of choices for the vegetarian guest too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, everything is at a walking distance and the tram runs just outside the building. Helpful and kind staff. When we arrived the worker at the check-in desk had even taken the time to write down some greetings in our native language. The breakfast staff also deserve a special mention, as the food was very good and the people always greeted us so promptly and happily. Our room was small, but clean with all the necessary basic amenities. Very good experience over all in this price range and location.

Went above and beyond when one of my party was feeling very unwell. They were most understanding and accommodating. They have a perfect location with bus and cable car stops right outside the hotel for easy access around the city including the train station and the Peace Park. There is a Family Mart right next door and plenty of cafes and restaurant short walks away. Would highly highly recommend. If I ever get back to Hiroshima this is where I would like to stay.

The staff were exceptional. I left my phone in a taxi which the driver returned to the hotel. I had already moved on to Kyoto. The staff arranged to courier my phone to me via Black Cat the next day. I am so appreciative of this, all my photos, holiday memories, contacts and everything else are on the phone. Thank you so much for the excellent service and help in getting my phone to me. I cannot praise the staff enough, this is 10 out of 10 service
